I set up a free consult to discuss services via FaceTime, and Amy was very comforting about the process, scheduling, and upfront about the costs. She offers a cash discount, which is super cool too!! Arriving for my brow and upper eyeliner appointment, the staff in the office were all attentive. Amy's room is clean and cozy. She did a fantastic job asking what I wanted, marking my brows, and making sure this was my decision on how my brows would look. She explained what to expect the next days, months, and touch-ups.
