We’ve been bringing our cats here almost 11 years. We love the staff. We have them groomed once a years during their check up. Last November we had to put our girl down suddenly at another hospital, she got super sick. That hospital transferred her test results and our doctor explained why she got suddenly sick. They were super sincere and even sent flowers to the house for her.

Dr Ramsey and Dr Pantera are truly amazing. You can really see how much they care about the work they do and the animals they treat. From the moment we arrived, they were kind, patient, and made sure Archie was comfortable. They took the time to explain things and never made me feel rushed or like my concerns didn’t matter. It means so much to know that your pet is being cared for by people who genuinely love what they do. I am very grateful for the compassion and attention they gave Archie today. Thank you both for taking such great care of him!

I'm new in Louisville and needed care for my dog who has a knee injury. Preston Animal Hospital got her in quickly and has continued to care for her needs. Our vet was very kind knowledgeable. Also all the workers there listen and take time to understand every concern.

I brought in a stray kitten we rescued from our complex and have so far been here twice. I LOVE the staff (and they love sabu, our kitten!) Compassionate care, very fair prices and able to get us in so quickly. I really appreciate them, and all they do for us!!! I love it here!! Our kitty thanks you! We will be switching our older cat to this vet.

I love this place. The vet really listens to my concerns about medication side effects and is willing to work with me on holistic avenues of treatment. The staff is always very nice and the wait time is short. I don’t feel like they look at me and see dollar signs as soon as I walk in the door like a lot of other veterinarians around the area. They always treat me and my dog kindly and I never feel like they are trying to get rid of me or that they don’t want to listen to me.
