Dr. Molly has truly gone above and beyond for our family for many years, and we are so grateful to have her as our doctor. She genuinely cares and it shows in every visit. She has seen both of my children since they were just days old — through healthy checkups, bumps and boo-boos, and everything in between. She always takes the time to listen, never rushes us, and makes us feel completely supported. Her referrals to specialty doctors have also been excellent and have worked out very well for our family. I also deeply appreciate her respect for our choice not to receive the COVID vaccine and her support through the pandemic. I’ve had a great experience at Prestige Urgent Care. The front office staff is consistently professional, friendly, and efficient, which immediately sets a positive tone when you walk in. I especially want to highlight Dr. Molly. I liked her so much that I chose to make her my primary care doctor. She is extremely thorough and genuinely takes the time to analyze what’s going on with you, rather than rushing through an appointment. She really pays attention to how medications are affecting you and makes sure everything is at the correct dose. She creates an environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, explains things clearly, and helps you understand what the best option is for you. She’s very friendly but also has a no-nonsense, practical approach, which I really appreciate.

If you like waiting in the lobby and then again in the examination room for over 1.5 hours after your scheduled appointment time, then this office is for you. The other issue is they nickel and dime you to death. They charge extra to put your copay on a Debit or Credit card. They charge to fill out a form. And if your PPO Cadillac insurance does not cover what they feel is reasonable for their services, they send you a supplemental bill. I never had a doctor do that in my entire life. The good is that Molly Alreichan, NP, is personable. However, her husband, Dr. Bachir, is not, and won't even let you ask a question during any examination without being abrupt and telling you not to speak until he's done. I had a great experience at Prestige Urgent Care! They were able to schedule me for a same-day appointment when I called, which was such a relief. The staff was very kind and professional from start to finish. Dr. Molly was wonderful, she took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel well cared for. I highly recommend Prestige Urgent Care to anyone needing quick, compassionate, and professional medical care.

I debated making this post since I am the type of person who doesn't like to stir trouble but after sitting on it for a night, I've decided to post my thoughts. Yesterday, I scheduled a last-second appointment at 12:50pm with Prestige for issues pertaining to having pain when it comes to defecating. The intake process was completely fine, the receptionist and staff were very pleasant and professional and I was in one of the doctor's rooms within a reasonable amount of time. Soon after my vitals were taken, I was told I would be seen by Dr. Bachir and once he came into the room, I began talking to him about the pain I had been experiencing and how the recent stomach bug that was infecting a lot of people most likely helped cause my bottom to be in pain when defecating.
