We have made a great recovery from a meniscus tear thanks to the thorough work of Lily P. and her staff. The prescribed exercise routines were strenuous and rewarding. I thought that the activities I enjoyed in the past would stay in the past,but I am now back to where I was before the injury. The treatment and follow ups was excellent,highly recommended.

I first worked with PSM Mill Valley when I pulled a hamstring 10+ years ago. They had me back out and running on Mt Tam much faster than I expected. I've used their services several times since then, again recently with a recurring rotator cuff injury. Great crew, easy to work with, and good to know they're just down the road!

I had pain in my knee after a marathon training run and the team at PSM got me in the next day! I’ve been working with Lily Prekaski who has been amazing - super knowledgeable and empathetic. She immediately identified the issue and started me on a rehab plan. I will not make it to the marathon start line but can walk and will be able to ski 5 weeks post injury with no surgery necessary. Highly recommend PSM and Lily.

The quality and expertise of the therapists is exceptional and consistently top-notch. After careful listening, understanding and working with my learning style, goals, and setting realistic shared goals, a manageable, flexible and sustainable PT plan was outlined. After only 2 sessions with my PSM therapist, I learned more about my injury/condition and have a better understanding of how to ward off re-injury and work towards healthy sustainability, This is in direct contrast to spending 4 months at another PT practice where this did not occur at all. I came in with a lot of discomfort from extremely tight hips that were starting to affect my training and even everyday sitting and standing. Bryan at Presidio Sports Medicine was amazing. He was able to release so much tightness, and I felt incredible after just one session. I’m so grateful I found him and this place — I can’t recommend them enough.
