My recent visit was excellent from start to finish. I was greeted immediately by Ines at the front desk, who was warm and friendly and made me feel welcome. Tiffany, my hygienist, provided a very thorough and comfortable cleaning. Afterward, Dr. Brown took the time to ask about any concerns. She was able to repair a chipped tooth and smooth out a problem area right away, which I greatly appreciated. Following that, Jayleen performed an excellent scan for my night guard. The entire staff was professional, accommodating, and attentive throughout my visit. Dr. Brown demonstrated expertise and efficiency while clearly explaining the treatment needed. I left very satisfied and highly recommend this office.

Don’t go here. Read the other negative reviews - don’t do what I did and go here because it has a 4.5 star rating. I’ve literally never left a bad review but I would strongly recommend against Presidential Dental. I’m really upset with myself that I didn’t look through the 1-star reviews because many almost exactly mirror my experience. Really truly don’t go to Presidential Dental. Here’s the deal: The main problem is that Presidential Dental is constantly trying to upsell you, both on cosmetic and real medical procedures. You can’t really trust them to give you sound medical advice. They told me to get fillings for “cavities” no other dentist thought I needed treatment for. I came here for an emergency appointment after a crown I received by another dentist broke prematurely. Upset because I had an event that night and needed a nice smile, I called around to multiple dentists to see if I could make an appointment. Luckily, I came across Dr. Brown and her team. I was so happy with the temporary crown that I decided to use her services for my permanent two veneers. Dr. Brown is very professional, experienced, and meticulous. She made sure she explained the process to me and kept me informed every step of the way. She also made sure I was satisfied with the results. I received a lot of compliments on my smile, which I think she should receive credit for. I highly recommend Dr. Brown and will most likely return to her if I need more cosmetic dental work done.
