Amazing Customer Service! Truly Above & Beyond! I flew from MA to CO and needed a prescription filled that I could only get through a compounding pharmacy. The compounding pharmacy in Denver said it would take five days to fill it after they told me it would take two days. I gave up on them when they said they couldn’t even guarantee five days. The medication is crucial for my daily health - I couldn’t wait five days. I called Prescription Alternatives and spoke with the owner, Janet Carter, about my situation. She was brilliant! Not only did she fill the prescription THAT day, she had it delivered to me the very NEXT day! She was incredibly kind, professional, and very proud of her business - as she should be! I can't say enough good things about Janet and her team: They communicate closely with me and my practitioners, compound formulations quickly (!) and effectively, and always greet me with enthusiasm and care.
