My sister was there in respite care. I talked with the nurse Chris several times and my request were fulfilled. Very caring and help my sister through her final journey. Thank you very much.

Home for the 3rd time! Thank You, Prescott Nursing & Rehabilitation for all you have done for me during my stay. Great place to be, far from the other 5 places. Keep up the good work.

I have known families that have loved ones there and I would never bring my loved one there as long as Jill is the administrator because she doesn’t care about the residents or the employees. She doesn’t take time to come out of her office to get to know the families when they are there and from what I’ve heard she puts way too much stress on the other managers and since she has taken over as administrator the environment has changed and families no longer feel as if it is welcoming and warm. I also called and asked about the facility and Jill was very crass on the phone. I can tell she doesn’t have the residents best interests at heart. She is going to ruin this facility.

It’s very disheartening to hear that their patients have not been showered every 3-4 days it’s like 11 days.Getting bed sores after being there a month. Waiting hours with light on to use the restroom. I get your shorthanded. Step it up pay a little better so you will have employees wanting to come into work with a smile and to remember that this might be the only thing that is keeping these patients alive today with a little kindness. It goes along way. I pray things change for the better for your sake and the poor patients that have to depend on your staff for everything..Step back look at the whole picture.. Ive been visiting my family member over the last couple of weeks because I do not want their care to be neglected and I overheard the amazing Administrator Jill asking the head nurse did he show pictures of his genitals to women prior to getting married and did he keep them on his phone? Also overheard her talking to an aide about firing the maintenance person I believe she said his name was Steve. There was also conversation coming from Jill about the Activity Directors family situation in detail on what was going on. Why are HR and peoples personal lives and disgusting pictures being talked about out in the open for our families and other patients to hear? Isn’t this a violation of some kind? How is this lady still here? If she isn’t gone by the end of the week I will take matters into m
