I cannot imagine having a better experience at an Urgent Care facility. I did not realize that I needed an appointment but the receptionist set one for me after I arrived. Dr. Bagheri and the rest of the staff were so knowledgeable and made me feel at ease immediately. They made sure I understood my diagnosis as well as the protocol for medication. The office summary of my visit was extremely accurate and thorough which has not always been the case at other facilities. After my visit, I phoned a friend who had been worried about me. During our conversation, we realized that she had also had a very pleasant experience with the same doctor at this same facility. Definitely not a coincidence!! I will not hesitate to make an appointment the next time I need “urgent care”!
I went in for the third time for ongoing respiratory issues. Because they tested me in early January, they say their policy is not to test again "because they already ruled out COVID, influenza a, and influenza b. So it must be allergies." That was comforting, but utterly false. After my respiratory issues turned into GI issues, disorientation, and weakness, I doordashed a covid/influenza home test. Influenza A. I have been sick for 6 weeks and unknowingly spreading it. Imagine what a prescription of tamiflu would have done.
I didnt want to do this but they leave me no choice.... i was diagnosed with walking pneumonia...all I did was call and ask for a 1 day extension on my letter for work.. yes I do understand that they gave me a letter for 3 days. But has I was told by the doctor that seen me that day stated to me if i wasn't filling well to go back reach out to her and she said ill see what I can do... so I go reaching out and nothing but attitude by 2 different nurses and not by the doctor i seen but by some horrible girl named Aron a supervisor mind you...She told me to go see my primary doctor... After a lil giggle from me and me correcting and telling her....you know I cant just go in and see my primary it takes weeks if not longer to get in..you off all people know that.. why do you think i came to thi
Waited for a walk-in appt almost over an hour for my highly-contagious toddler, who is also autistic. They wanted us to be in the middle of the lobby, FULL of people with my sick son screaming at the top of his lungs, coughing, sneezing, and unable to mask due to his sensory issues. The person who called and told to meet us in the lobby to lead us back wasn't even there; and I called the front desk numerous times with my son SCREAMING crying just to be put on hold, over and over, while I'm looking directly at the lady from outside while she's doing literally nothing. They have absolutely no concern for contagious illness, and if you go into the lobby there, you are guaranteed to have been exposed. My son was literally spraying germs everywhere and I didn't see a single person clean or try
Even though it says online that they are a walk in facility, I had to make an appointment. So I made first available which was 2:20. It was 1:40, so I waited in my car. There was no one in the waiting area. At 2:07 I walked back in and checked in by their lap top as requested and sat down. 2:20 came and left. No one else was waiting in the Urgent Care lounge except one other guy who came in after me and was called before me. Once again, no one was in the waiting room. Eventually I left. I went to another urgent care and I got seen within 10 minutes of my arrival. I held up my end of the deal by being ontime for a forced appointment. The least Presbyterian could have done was respect the patients time and keep their end of deal to be seen ontime, or at least communicate with the patient if
