Presbyterian Orthopedics & Orthopedic Surgery in Albuquerque at Kaseman Hospital

Had an ER emergency at Kaseman where it was determined that I fractured my collar bone. I was then referred to the Kaseman's Orthopedic Dept. Upon making contact, I was able to schedule an ER follow-up with Dr. Thoerner the very next day. I arrived and was immediately called in to the office with Dr. Thoerner arriving within minutes. She reviewed my ER visit Xrays, discussed my fracture and next steps. I was in and out of the office and scheduled a 6 week follow-up all within 30 minutes. Very efficient, professional and friendly office. I would definitely recommend Dr. Thoerner.

This place is horrible when it comes to communication. My fiancé had an appointment scheduled, he was already checked in and in the building when they “called” and canceled his appointment. Nobody spoke to him and nobody reached out when he scheduled the appointment informing he wouldn’t be able to be seen. When asked about this we were told the reason selected was “unable to get ahold of.”

Thanks for your very fast response. I was brought in within a minute of my arrival after check in, the place was well organized and the staff brilliant. When I was placed in a room the process was over within minutes. They made sure everything was OK and made sure I was taken care of then had me out within 20 minute of my arrival. Very nervous about starting over with new Dr. The front office very organized and professional. Once I went back to the room the nursing staff all made me feel comfortable very professional and worked as a team should. Dr Padmanabha was very calm. He explained everything very thorough. From beginning to the end of my procedure I was treated with respect and caring staff. Thank you all.

I've been waiting on a Dr for 30 mins I had to go find out in on gods green earth is going on called call if enter this is wrong I'm in pain I'm highly upset I need to go home I'm in pain wat the heck new Dr please this one is making me mad
