If you’re reading this review I suggest that you run and run fast! Do not stop on go, do not collect 200 dollars. Rust Neurology is an absolute CLOWN SHOW! A real CIRCUS! Not a single staff member can walk & chew gum at the same time. There are simply no words to describe how utterly incompetent this entire department is!!! The only thing that you’ll receive from this department is a whole lotta grief & regret. I have been under the care of 2 different doctors, Dr Quintana & Dr. Masood. They are both completely incompetent! If you need labs Dr. M is your doctor because that’s the only thing she can do right. The clinical manager should be working at McDonalds flipping burgers not overseeing people with chronic health issues and the central call center staff and its management are simply wo

My experience with Dr Dai has been positive. She has been able to help me with my situation. She has been very thorough, attentive to my needs and very kind.

I should note that I'm a bi-racial female with epileptic seizures still living with my parents. When visiting this office, I had high hopes, and to be honest, I still believe that my "neurologist" took care of me pretty well. But the whole time we, (me and my step-mom), would go to these appointments her assistant (Melita) would treat me and my step-mom completely differently. Melita would only address me with any questions even though that's why my stepmom was there. I have memory problems and get confused easily and we've told both the neurologist and her assistant this. She would also be overly nice to me say things like sweetie and stuff, while completely ignoring or just being rude with my step-mom. At first, we thought it was because she was my step-mom but then I thought about it a

I have been taking my step-daughter to this office for the last 3 months. April Rivera is very nice but her medical assistant, Melita, is very racist. She was so rude to me because I’m the step-Mom and I’m white where my step-daughter is bi-racial. She also treated my step-daughter like she was retarded. We are now looking for a new neurologist. I would not recommend this office.

I'm the husband of the only other review I see on here. My daughter has epilepsy, is on disability, I'm her payee and am responsible for her. I'm "white", my wife is mostly "white" and is my daughters step mother. Here late mother was a "black" woman. So, she is bi-racial. This medical assistant calls me at work telling me how difficult my wife was and if I could come next time. She hasn't met me so she probably thinks I'm "black." She proceeds to tell me I can swipe my daughters device as many times as I like, it won't make any difference. I get on the phone with her boss who then tells me no more than 4 times a day and only if she looks as if she may have a seizure. For the medical assistant to let her racism and emotions effect her job and the safety of my daughter is ridiculous and unc
