I saw Dr. Durgin and his NP Christy at PRMC. The care I received from this team was excellent! I felt heard, respected and was given excellent care. I always appreciate medical professionals who actually care about their patients. Thank you!

I don't know who I need to speak with. I can't never get through to anybody when I try to call. I am trying to reschedule my gallbladder test and nobody answers the phone. I am still to this day trying to get my scopes scheduled and they will schedule me and then call me right back and tell me that the doctor is not in the office that day and that they will need to reschedule again, they keep doing this and my symptoms are getting worse. ( Elisha specifically) Is the one who keeps rescheduling and needing to change days and then scheduling and changing days and scheduling and changing days!!!! If I could rate this negative zero Stars I would!! These girls that answer the phone are always rude! For some reason the girl Elisha that I usually talk to to get scheduled has been kind of snooty t
