Excellent doctors. They immediately rescheduled my husband's endoscopy which couldn't be done at the clinic and needed to be done at the hospital. His endoscopy took place two days later. After the endoscopy my husband prognosis was severe, his esophagus was no longer working. The doctor immediately found and recommended Dr. Lisa Balduff to do a procedure that would allow nurishment into my husband's stomach. Without the immediate care received by these doctors I believe my husband wouldn't be alive and healthy.

I had an endoscopy during COVID and I was told exactly what was going to happen. My anesthesiologist was very thorough and my Dr. was Janet Wagner and I got the results before I left and on MyChart. I was given exercises to strengthen my esophagus and I did them until I felt strong enough to stop. I should probably have continued for maintenance sake.

Want to leave 0 stars. This is the worst department at Presbyterian I am aware of. They don't return phone calls. They schedule appointments 4-5 months out to begin with. Then they cancel a week before and then tell you the next available with any provider is in another 5 months. Its not my fault the doctor wanted to take a vacation. Fit me in. I can see from other reviews that my experience isn't unique. Will be choosing a different healthcare system.

They never get back to me. They diagnosed me with Barretts esophagus it was months before I got the right medication. And this new medication is not working. I've messaged them and called them. Nothing. I went to presNow they did a CT scan and GI still hasn't called me about what to do next.

I get told I'll receive a call for my next appointment, no calls, no contact. I fall of as a patient in my chart constantly. I've been seen here for nearly a decade. This has been happening since COVID. IDK what I should do on my end anymore. 😕 Maybe my medical issues are not a concern to them, that's definitely how it feels.
