Presbyterian Family Medicine in Albuquerque at Kaseman Hospital

I was specifically looking for internal medicine since I have multiple chronic issues that were not being treated by my previous care team. Within the first visit I received answers that I had been trying to get for years that my previous doctor at a different facility was not able to provide because they did not try. I see Dr. Zamanian and Dr. Flippo who are both wonderful, patient, and caring health care workers. They listen and take my concerns to heart. They asked for my pronouns as well as my spouse's and always use my preferred name. It's so nice having my PCP and therapist at the same facility as it makes things so much more convenient. I have received excellent care in the past 3 months and hope to switch my entire family to this location. I highly recommend.

Dr Mcllwain is horrible. I showed up 7 minutes late because I thought my appointment was at 3. I am having bad mental health issues, I need my medicine and I am going unbelievably crazy and he said sorry go to the ER. They do not care about anyone, I could hurt myself and they still don’t want to help me! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I just want someone to care and provide me with my proper medication. HORRIBLE MAN

Over the last few years, I’ve received very good comprehensive care from the staff and providers here are great!
