Premium Urgent Care

I took my primarily Spanish speaking husband today and they wouldn’t let me go back with him. I told them I was his interpreter so if I couldn’t go back, I wanted an interpreter to be provided. My husband came out and said he did the best he could but that they never provided the interpreter. This makes me so upset because my husband can get by with his English but he would have been much more comfortable with his first language. He said he forgot to say some stuff that now we’ll have to go to another clinic to get treated for him. Please do better. Our bilingual or monolingual Spanish speaking patients deserve the same care and if you don’t have the staff to provide them care in their language then don’t deny them from bringing their own interpreter.

Had a great experience getting a TB test here! It was $40 total and I was easily able to get the test read by an MD because my employer would not accept tests read by MAs or LVNs. Will definitely consider Selma Premium Urgent whenever I need medical forms and things completed.

Wow! Dr. Douglas Kerr is amazing! We brought our 4 year old son in for strep and even though he was slightly apprehensive, Dr. Kern made him feel comfortable right away! Identified what was going on and gave us peace of mind. It's rare these days to experience a doctor who is intentional and caring. Staff was also so helpful and kind!

I took my daughter for a dry cough, little did I know she had multiple things going on with her. Sylvia answered all my questions and concerns. She was super gentle with my child and very patient with her as well. Sylvia made me and my child feel comfortable while she was getting checked. I loved her service! Definitely recommend her.
