Scam! They sent a bill to my insurance saying I was seen and I was never even seen, never went there …so now they make up visits to get money not only from insurance companies but people ?

Another would be 0 star review. Same sort of issues as other reviewers for over a year and a half I have been trying to get this company to send the claim to insurance. I never received a bill until a collection company sent me a letter 8 months after service for an emergency room visit for my child. All other claims had the correct information and were submitted for the same visit, and sent me bills to the correct address. The collection company said it was denied, but my insurance has never seen a claim from this group. The collection company verifies my information every time and tells them to submit again, which they claim is denied a second time, meanwhile my insurance has never seen a claim. I have an item my credit from 2020 that I can not get resolved. Premier medical never billed my insurance!! Over $1000 is keeping me from my new home purchase. Unbelievable. I saw 3on your side resolved another patient’s billing issue and I have reached out to them as well. DOUBLE CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE AFTER SERVICES!!! Make sure they were billed. And curious how many of us are in collections with medical bureau of economics?!?

This company is the worst billing company I have ever dealt with. I paid my bill in full online and have received a receipt for it by email. A few days later I call to ask to see why isn't my payment reflecting. They tell me there is no payment. I proceed to provide them with the receipt confirmation number and they cannot find it in their system. How can you not find a receipt that was generated by your own system! This issue is still pending and they want to charge me again for the same amount that has already been taken out of my bank account and posted. They are thieves for doing this and will be hearing from my lawyer if this does not get resolved as soon as possible.

Same story. My insurance says I do not owe anything, but an ER visit bill was sent to collections. They did not provide enough information for my insurance to process the claim. So, it is totally on them. No recourse, no phone number, no anything except debt collectors. Just awful. Will avoid Mercy Gilbert and Chandler ER.
