Dr. Novak reminds me of how eye appointments used to be. He takes his time with patients and explains things in a way you can understand what your vision needs are. He will walk with you to the front to explain what frames might best suit you and always inquires as to how your family is doing. Old fashioned care with modern technology. We are so happy we decided to move our care to Dr. Novak! I've referred coworkers and friends and will continue to do so.
