Premier Veterinary Care provided a good experience overall. The staff was professional, clear, and easy to work with, and everything was handled in a straightforward way without unnecessary delays. I would feel comfortable bringing my pet back again.

If they can’t give you answer when your dog is sick. Please get another opinion. Several weeks of them guessing I took my dog to another vet and they had my dog doing better in a few days. He is an older dog and I understand that can be tuff to diagnose. But telling me he needs to lose weight every time won’t cure a dog that has been throwing up non stop for several days. Communication is terrible with them! Don’t turn this into something. On my last visit with you the rude lady behind the desk gave me diet food and said he needs to lose weight. He had been throwing up for 3 days so weight loss was not my concern at that point. Don’t send me anymore emails. Thank you!

Love Dr. Cowan and his team. His realistic, intelligent, and supportive approach to not only our dog, but to my husband and I. We had to bring our furbaby (lab retriever mix) to have ACL surgery. He did an excellent job explaining the surgery, risks and benefits of the different surgeries available. This made us very comfortable trusting him to do the surgery. When we picked her up, the team had everything ready for us and helped us get her in our vehicle. Gabby is still recovering, but is doing well

They were so kind and understanding. They worked me in when I showed up first thing in the morning with a very sick cat. Even though I had never been there before! The vet was so kind and when my cat passed away the whole staff signed a sympathy card and sent it to me with my cats paw prints. The staff who checked me in were kind, helpful, understanding and non-judgmental.

💗Outstanding in EVERY way. Doctor Cowen is amazing. The rest of the staff are equally as amazing. My pet had a surgical emergency and through the 3 days they had him, I never worried once. IMO the price for all that was done for my small fellow, repaired broken jaw and multiple teeth extracted and the medicine, was a very reasonable price. And because the staff truly care, I HIGHLY recommend this place. Thank you so much again for your time and consideration ❤️ edit: Several years after above post I just took in the same boy to say goodbye. Dr. Cowan and the staff are still as wonderful.
