Go in for a work related injury wait about a hour or so even with appointment. Doctor will see you for about 5 mins max and send you back on your way to work even if your really hurt. They are always in a rush so they won't spend anymore than 5 mins with you and kick you to the curb n back to work you go. Assistants are cool doctors no Bueno.

I have one of the best health insurances and dealing with them has been a nightmare! They charge an extra $95 fee for not having an appointment. This is an urgent center, you go to urgent centers when you can’t get an appointment with your primary doctor. Not once did they disclose of this fee. By seeing others reviews this is common practice that seems very fraudulent. To make matters worse, a year later they “reviewed the bill and have a new balance of $300” Do not go to this practice!

I came here for a required employment physical and had a very discouraging experience. I was verbally told by a female staff member during the appointment that lifting 50 lbs would meet the job requirement, which I successfully did—and even exceeded by lifting 70 lbs. I was verbally told by the nurse that I could stop because I already exceeded the job description's 50lb weight limit. Weeks later, I was told by the employer I failed the physical. When I inquired further with the clinic, I was told I didn't meet Premier's weight limit of a 75 lb. repetition, which was never mentioned at any point. That also isn't in the job description I'm APPLYING for. This hurts because this trickled down to the employer and I'm not able to retake the physical until August, 2025. All I needed was to pass

Dr.Patel and nurse practitioner Drucilla were excellent. It’s the billing that sucks and tries to rip you off at every opportunity. They have high office visit charges and walk-in charges which are not covered by insurance. For an urgent care having a different billing policies for walk-ins compared to appointments is a rip-off.

Worst comp doctors in the buisness . After 30 days you can get another doctor under your employers comp insurance I’d take it . Bring a note pad and take notes . Ask to see his notes under HIPA he has to show you them . Check your work status paper for some reason they change it with out telling you . Most of the time you’re in there they don’t even look at your injuries . Be prepared for long waits to see an orthopedic specialist there’s a real lack of communication between them and specialist. Get a comp attorney!!
