From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable, listened closely to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. My doctor was knowledgeable, professional, and truly compassionate, while my nurse went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for and supported throughout my visit. I really like this urgent care because the staff are really nice, the waiting room is very big and very clean. I have never had to wait more than 10 min to see a doctor or at least get back into the room. I have brought my children here and they get stickers at the end of the visit.

Overall I had a good experience here. I was seen quickly - Dr Hassan was patient and was good at explaining what he was doing, after I asked him to. He gave good care, and also knew his limits and recommended I see a specialist the following day. The office staff was nice and even called the next day to check on me.

I'm very sad to say this as I've been a patient for years, keeping him even though we moved to Columbia City in 2018. Something's happened in the past year or so. Part of the problem is the "Medical Spa" services that they are offering - they are more concerned with trying to sell those services than addressing the acute problems the patient is presenting with. Back in March, I was just finishing chemotherapy and starting chemo when I got sick. I took a covid test, positive. I phoned to request that they call in an Rx for Paxlovid. The receptionist said, "he won't unless you come in." I reminded her that I'm 30 miles away, and that driving when you're sick isn't awesome, and that I'd had a positive test and didn't want to expose anyone. She shut me down. Did this happen because he
