I have seen Dr Kauffman multiple times. He is genuinely empathic , professional, knowledgeable and thorough with every visit. I have all good things to say about his nursing staff and front desk as well. The entire team is wonderful. The best part is the wait is not ridiculous like many offices are. I haven' t waited more than 15 minutes .My guess is they don't over schedule. Our time is just a valuable. I am awaiting hernia surgery.

My recent experience with Dr. Kaufman was excellent. The front office workers were kind, courteous and professional. The doctor’s assistant who spoke to me about my medical history was kind and comfortable to speak with also explaining any questions I had. Dr. Kaufman was prompt, great personality. He thoroughly explained all of my options to rectify my issue. If you’re looking into this doctor do not hesitate to call. Definitely a positive experience.

Everyone I dealt with was super kind, knowledgeable, caring and helpful. From the minute I called to set up my appointment until I exited the building I felt respected and cared for. The doctor clearly explained my options and allowed me to decide the direction my treatment would take. I highly recommend Dr. Kaufman. Unfortunately Dr. Kaufman passed away in a tragic car accident a few months ago. So very sad for everyone who knew him. Sending my best to his family and loved ones.

Dr. Kaufman and his staff are wonderful, professional, and very efficient. Dr. Kaufman explained all my options. I opted for surgery which went very well. There is a small waiting period to determine if the surgery corrected all my issues. What I like most about Dr. Kaufman is his assurance there is a fixable solution and his positive demeanor he can help you feel better. His assistant always makes time to answer any questions I have whether it be in office or by phone. I also want to mention the care I received from Dr. Kaufman and the entire staff at the surgical center. They all made surgery a much more comfortable experience. Holly S.
