Premier Surgical

I was referred to Premier Surgical by my gastroenterologist. Somewhat apprehensive about meeting a new doctor, I was immediately put at ease by the friendly caring receptionist. This friendliness and caring, along with the professionalism and knowledge, continued with each staff member I met. Dr. Thomas added to my comfort with his kind, friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner and treatment. He listened to me and heard me. He made sure I understood his preliminary diagnosis, plan of care and reasoning. I left the office feeling reassured and cared for by everyone I had contact with. A wonderful experience!

Doctor Thomas and staff are top notch.The receptionist was able to work around my schedule for surgery. The staff is very polite, courteous and professional.. No need to look any further, this is the place to go .

This was my first visit. Everything went very smoothly from the check-in and the initial checking of vitals and preliminary information by the nurse. Dr. Eric Smith thoroughly explained the entire surgical procedure, answered all questions, explaining medical terminology in understandable language. I left the appointment feeling confident that I could make the correct decision for me.

Dr Thomas and his staff are amazing. ER staff sent me home 2x and were going to send me home again until Dr. Thomas agreed to do the surgery! I felt like I was being being gaslit by er staff. Dr Thomas did emergency surgery (laparoscopically) and agreed that it was definitely needed. Dr Thomas always made sure I had a way to contact his office so I didnt get lost in the hospital shuffle. He made sure my pain was well managed before leaving the hospital and even came to see me twice (I got stuck in the hospital for 3 days due to another medical issue) I felt heard, validated, and seen by the dr and his staff. Follow up visit was amazing and im well on my way to a full recovery pain free.

I was referred to Dr. Eric Thomas for hernia surgery. He was very good in explaining that surgery was imminent and would be the only way to repair the damage. I was adjusting/coping to living with my hernia until I wasn't! I ended up needing emergency surgery. Dr. Thomas was there for me and never made me feel bad for not having surgery sooner. Surgery became more serious with 3 hernias and incarcerated bowels. The immense pain I experienced before surgery quickly went away after surgery. My follow-up appointment questions were answered in detail about the type of mesh used. My only regret is not having the surgery sooner. I hope I do not need surgery in the future, but if I do I would not hesitate to call Dr. Thomas. I very highly recommend Dr. Eric Thomas for your surgeon.
