Premier Rehab Physical Therapy: Fort Worth/Western Center

I would not recommend this place for physical therapy. My therapist called out half of my appointments, no one washed their hands, and my therapist also had the longest fake nails that made the massage part of therapy painful.

Addy, Erika, and everyone else have amazing attitudes ans knowledge to help get you back on track!

My primary care physician referred me to Premier Rehab Physical Therapy because my insurance would not cover treatment at the facility linked to his practice. I couldn't be more pleased that it worked out that way. The care (and caring) were superb. The doctors and staff were amazing! The atmoshpere was very professional yet laid back and friendly. I definitely benefitted from the regimen, and when it had run it's course I felt like I was leaving friends. I would never consider going elsewhere if I should require PT again ... highly recommended!

Where to begin, I had a rotator cuff and bicep attachment with anchors. David and his crew were amazing. I came in not being able to do much of anything after surgery, and they helped me through my time there to be rehabilitated. The staff kept me coming back because this wasn't an easy task. The encouragement and laughs we had together were priceless. I highly recommend this location and the staff is the BEST!

Premier Rehab has been a miracle for me. The team at the Western Center clinic has helped me make a full recovery from my rotator cuff surgery. When I called in a panic to get in, Ann got me in right away knowing that timing was of the essence. Everyone there is just so fantastic. My physical therapist was Dr. Zack and he really knew just exactly what was needed as I progressed along. He was careful and gentle but would challenge me to get the most out of my physical therapy. He is very professional and has a pleasant personality. The rest of the staff is also incredible. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly. Thank you everyone for helping me get the full use and strength back in my shoulder.
