I’ve been a patient at Premier Primary Care Physicians for over 15 years, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I've received. From annual physicals to treating various ailments, the doctors and physician assistants are consistently top-notch—always professional, friendly, and caring. The office and patient rooms are always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall positive experience. The office has a convenient on-site Labcorp, making it easy to get lab work or blood tests done during your visit. The administrative staff has had their good and bad moments, but I truly appreciate all that they do. The only downside is that the office doesn’t validate parking, so you’ll need to pay for parking. Overdue review. Last year I was looking for a new doctor and found this group in my insurance list. In February I scheduled a visit and the earliest availability was in September. So seven months pass and I see the doctor which went ok. I had a preventive screening test done and a week or two later they called me saying results came back positive - however - the office refused to discuss the matter and insisted I establish an account on their online portal. So I found another doctor. And you gotta pay for parking too.

My family practitioner moved to this practice when she closed her own office, and I was a patient for several years. I never had a bad experience with the medical staff, but generally found dealing with their administrative staff trying. That came to a head when I recently tried to schedule a pre-surgical physical with my doctor only to find that she had retired -- not totally unexpected, but it would have been nice to know. The receptionist insisted that I had been sent a letter telling me that my doctor had retired -- uh, why would I have called the office for an appointment if I had. Then she refused to schedule me because I didn't have a date for the surgery when the surgery date was going to be contingent on when I could get the physical. Our whole family (2 adults, 2 children) has been seeing Dr. Gebremariam for several years and have had an excellent experience with her. She is kind, thorough, engaged, and responsive. We have also found the office to be responsive and helpful in scheduling appointments and follow up. Thank you for your great care!

As a local guide, I highly recommend this practice. I have been taking my mom to this practice for 5 years. She has been seeing Dr. Hey-Jin Kong. We chose Dr. Kong because she is a specilaist in geriatric care. It was the best decision we ever made. Not only is Dr. Kong knowledgeable but she genuinely cares for her patients. I know first hand because I have been taking my mom to all of her appointments for the last 5 years. I observe this same level of caring to other patients and staff as well. Dr. Kong has diagnosed my mom with a few issues and she has always been great with helping us find top quality doctors when referring us.
