Editing my review… I seen Dr. Melissa Lipari and she was very nice. She was incredibly knowledgeable of my injury and I was able to get the help I needed.The receptionist at the check in was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I did not feel cared for by this office. They forgot to follow through with my PT referral, they even forgot to call after the doctor requested. He said it was a communication failure. He did apologize however I had to go back to my PCP to get a referral again for PT. Now my issue has worsened. I was told verbatim it doesn’t matter what my problem is appointments are months out. No calls are returned as a normal procedure so communication is nearly zero. I just felt like a number instead of a real person with a real issue. I decided to go somewhere else for assistance as I need to be outspoken for myself. I am not a doctor so it’s important to choose an office that can practice in their specialty all while paying attention to each persons need and not just a chart producing funds.

I see Dr. Galli and am always happy with my experience. The whole office is very friendly and professional.

Not helpful at all. Hard to find the office and rude at the reception but they’re putting a note to visitors to Be Kind 😂. 130 appointment I was waiting to 2:10 dr didn’t show up. I had stuff to do at 2:30 but they didn’t care that much.

So I had Achilles tendon repair then by Dr Hand if I'm correct. They cut the tendon for my big toe refuse it to my torn Achilles tendon. My body has such cell rejuvenation properties that I'm now regrowing the tendon are my big toe. He did excellent work I would recommend him. I don't think I'll ever return to Sacramento but I would love for him to examine and see the growth of that tendon again just like regrowing the tendon on my hand when they want to amputate my index finger on my left hand.
