I can't say enough good things about Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in St. Augustine. From my first visit, I knew I had made a good choice. My therapist, James "J" Adams, is knowledgeable, patient, caring and personable. He kept me on track during my recovery from Total Knee Replacement surgery. My recovery would not have been as successful without his help. I highly recommend "J" for physical therapy needs. Tara, the receptionist, was very helpful with obtaining approvals from my insurance and scheduling convenient appointments. Also, the other therapists were friendly and showed an interest in my progress. My therapy at this facility was a very positive experience.

Premier physio is my favorite place for physio. All the staff members are amazing, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the personalized response to my knee injury and helped with all the physio exercises. Jay is very knowledgeable and friendly person to work with, who helped me the most. Also Monica is wonderful person to work with, with whom I had few sessions as well. Terra in office is also very friendly. Overall great. Would definitely recommend this place 100% to anyone looking for physical therapy.

I can’t say enough good things about Premier Physical Therapy! I saw Linda for post-surgery physical therapy and to help with side effects from radiation treatment. She is incredibly kind, reassuring, and knowledgeable. She gave me so much helpful information and support for what I was going through, and I always felt cared for in her hands. I also saw J for help with vertigo. He was fantastic, very smart, personable, and thorough. He took his time, ran multiple tests, and really worked to get to the root of the issue. The facility itself is clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything you’d want in a modern physical therapy center. I highly recommend Premier to anyone looking for thoughtful, skilled care in a welcoming environment!

I went to Premier Physical Therapy for a knee injury, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The entire staff was amazing—friendly, supportive, and always welcoming. Dr. J was especially great. He's super knowledgeable and really took the time to adjust and tailor my exercises as I progressed. One thing I really appreciated was the variety in the workouts. I never felt like I was doing the same boring routine. Dr. J kept things fresh and challenging, which made a big difference. Thanks to their help, I’ve had great results and am now back to my normal activities. I highly recommend Premier Physical Therapy in St. Augustine!
