First off, the clinic was clean as a whistle! Three entire Administrative staff was so kind and there was no wait, whatsoever. I was able to fill out my new patient paperwork before Dr. Baksh came in and spoke with me, then again while waiting to submit the required urine sample. Dr. Baksh noticed that I've been prescribed 50mg capsules of Lyrica for my bilateral peripheral nerve damage and immediately said, Honey, this is a baby dose! We're you significantly, which I have no doubt will greatly improve my quality of life. I cannot recommend Javid, nor the practice highly enough!! Many thanks to you all!

I’ve been enjoying the people working with me. They seem to actually care about my feelings & want me comfortable. It seems they are doing everything in their power to get me the relief I need after my injuries & surgeries. If anything changes I’ll be sure to communicate it, but so far I’ve really appreciated the nurses, & Jennifer’s care as well as the other Doctor she works with.

I had my first appointment with PPS in June, where we agreed that I would have a spinal cord stimulator implantation. It's now seven months later, and PPS still has not scheduled the procedure. My back pain has been averaging a 4 on the pain scale, enough to significantly reduce my quality of life. The main reason for the delay has been communication problems with the clinicians, plus numerous hurdles required by insurance.
