Told me they would accept my insurance then sent me a bill a month after my visit. The doctor convinced me to take multiple x-rays that weren't "absolutely necessary, but might help" and then charged over $200 per x-ray. What a scam! When I called to complain about the bill I was sent to billing in a different building, no one called me back, it took months before I spoke to someone at the physicians office in Teaneck; I had to yell on the phone to get a person on the phone. When I finally spoke to someone they told me that the office staff has no way of knowing what my insurance will cover. Custermer service is terrible they are RUDE they always placed me on hold and never pick up again and I have to keep calling and their excuse that a lot people calling but the need to understand that they get paid to help us doctor need to do something this terrible Every time trying to schudle apotiment they give me hard time and they being RUDE on the phone. I don't recommend this doctor because he need to manage his staff specially this not first complaint.
