Office staff was very friendly and patient with the check-in process. Dr. Zerbo was very informative and attentive while providing a clear plan of care.
I arrived for my appointment at 8:40 for an 8:45 appointment. I waited 45 minutes to be seen after letting the reception area that I had to leave no later than 9:30. Dr Zucconi was apologetic but I was very upset. I spent about 3 minutes with him and left.
