I am unsurprised by the polarizing reviews this man gets but I will go here for an eye exam until I die. Dr. Tran is efficient, thorough, talks you through the whole thing. If you're looking for love an affection probably not the place you want to be. If you're looking for an eye exam that is efficient and accurate, this is the place you want to be. No seriously I'd vote for him to run the country or what have you.

He is a very competent doctor, does his job quickly and efficiently, the price is low, and we have been to him many times already. Thanks for your service!

Holy cow what rude service. I went there a couple ago and the doctor was crusty but competent. Today I went in and the receptionist didn’t get up to greet me, asked if I had an appointment (even though the signs say walk ins welcome), and then she said it’s lunchtime. In a word, she couldn’t care less.

Very disappointing experience. I scheduled my appointment for both glasses and contact lenses, but Dr. Tran completely overlooked the contacts part. When I asked for a contact lens prescription, I was handed a pair of sample lenses with no explanation. It’s been a while since I’ve worn contacts, so I politely asked for a bit of guidance—only to be met with a condescending look and the comment, “Seriously? You don’t know how to wear contacts?” I was shocked by the lack of professionalism. Although I remained calm, Dr. Tran’s attitude made it clear he has no interest in helping patients. He gave rushed instructions with the energy of someone who clearly hates his job. I’m not sure why Costco chose to partner with him, but I’ll be filing a complaint with them.
