I was seeing another dr for my diabetes but now i see Dr Faria. She is ok. My only problem is that I have a hard time understanding her. And she basically started me back to square one for my diabetes. But I got a pump thsnks to her which I desperately needed so I am grateful. The only real beef i have with her is that when you tell the answering service to send her a message to get things done, she either doesn't get them or just does it when she feels like it. I had someone message her under priority and she still didn't do what I needed. I realize she has so many patients but she maybe needs some help. Her assistant (nurse that I can't think of her name) on the other hand is fantastic she has the best bedside manners and is just so nice. But I am really glad i got switched toDr Faria be

I had an appointment for the new year 2026 which also included having to use a new insurance card for 2026. I only received my husbands insurance card because the insurance company made an address mistake with my card. The doctors office made no attempt to get my insurance number so I called the insurance company myself while I was in the office waiting. Within 15 minutes I had my new number. When I gave it to the receptionist, she told me my insurance was now active but she didn't know if my doctor could take me because of the delay and the doctors schedule was full. I told her that I was part of that schedule. She said because I took longer than 15 minutes getting my insurance number, she would have to get the doctors permission to see me. I then waited over 45 minutes without an answer

One of the receptionist at this location has been incredibly rude every time I’ve had to speak with her before/after an appointment visit. I’m not sure of her name but she lied to me several months back that my doctor “moved locations to Wildwood” and that’s where I had to go now. What was actually true was my pcp left the practice completely and this location stopped taking non-seniors. I only found out about my original PCP leaving through a nurse that just so happened to be at the Wildwood location when I was hoodwinked into going there. Attempting to reschedule weeks in advance gets constantly ignored and they’ll call you the day before your original appointment with absolutely no acknowledgment of the patient’s attempt to reschedule. The rating should be MINUS stars. Moved to the area one year ago and had trouble finding a primary care doctor, because Village Health ONLY takes "advantage" plans as supplements. Also, since I didn't want to travel a very long distance, the only people I could find were Premier. Got STUCK with Madarang on June 24, 2025, he immediately tells me that the only prescription that I take that relieves my back pain (which has been ongoing for more than 15 years) he would NOT prescribe. He has me schedule multiple tests and extensive blood work. I go and do the first two test and I am in constant back pain, so I called my old physician in Georgia and got him to send in a script. The day before my next test, I go online to get the address and see they changed the appointment time, WITHOUT NOTIFING

I was a patient of Teri Allen wonderful person and she left unfortunately. To come back in to see another doctor, I try to call the office to get the lab orders I could never get ahold of the office always the answering service that never returns calls, then I make another appointment to get into the office for my appointment to be greeted by a new doctor, I then get my lab work done and have an appointment to go over the lab results , I for this doctor to never submit my refills for my medication, for over a month I’ve been trying to get my refills for my diabetes meds as my blood sugar has been spiking to 300 and then dropping at times to low 60’s, less then a month ago was my lab work to be told I have to make another appointment to be seen by the new doctor and pay another $50 to be se
