Poorly managed office and I do not recommend due to their lack of professionalism. On the morning of my appointment they left a message stating they were changing my appointment time which I did not have a chance to listen to until 1.5 hours later. Then they called me shortly after leaving that voicemail and I spoke to someone at that time who said I needed to come in earlier. I informed her I could not due to work and she said that was ok. I arrived early for my originally scheduled appointment to be told that I missed my appointment because they still had me down for the earlier appointment. It seems the original doctor I scheduled weeks ago left early and they scheduled me for another doctor who already had an appointment scheduled at my original time. The only positive thing I can say

Dr. Khanna was great. Very confident, knowledgeable, and ensuring. I am glad to have her as my new dermatologist.

Go to another clinic!!! I would not recommend Premier Medical. The biggest issue comes from poor upper management. Patients without Medicare coverage are treated unfairly, and the quality of service depends heavily on insurance type. The clinic consistently overbooks, overwhelming both doctors and staff, which leads to long waits and rushed visits. Management instructs employees to give misleading information to patients about scheduling and updates, which is unacceptable. Patients deserve honesty, respect, and proper medical care — unfortunately, this clinic is failing in all of those areas

Horrible service and Business operations ! I have made an appointment 3 months ago hence my mom liked Dr M Bunda endocrinologist, they have been canceling appointments for last 2 weeks and didn’t have means to let me know! I drove to my appointment 10/14/24 by 1 pm just for Francesca to tell that it has been cancelled! The only thing I got was a text notification to confirm the appointment! No other phone call, vm, text or email to confirm the cancellation. I have been waiting for this appointment 3 months for no reason and drove here with 3 kids just to waste 40 mins on driving! Just horrible business venue. No respect for client.

Dr Sherri , my dermatology physician I was nervous at first as I really wanted the non-surgical radiation procedure, but my insurance wouldn't cover it, so went with the traditional surgeries and she has done great!
