Premier Medical Group - Internal Medicine Division

Two weeks, eight messages, to get an appt as the Dr’s secretary was out sick! So no one else answers the phone or messages? Finally spoke to another secretary “Jodi” who helped! Now I can’t get a prescription filled because of the use of “DAW 9” on the prescription. A week later, 6 phone calls, still no prescription, and the latest person hung up on me! Does the Hippocratic Oath mean you’re a hypocrite to suffering patients? To be clear, once I did the work to get an appointment, people in the office were nice! Once I finally got the prescription written so the pharmacist could fill it…the pharmacy was out of stock!!!

During a medical emergency with my Granddaughter, Premier's Alyssa S. Went above and beyond to coordinate our referrals , records and insurance. Alyssa even went as far as contacting another one of my Granddaughter's provides to inform them what she needed to expedite the referrals. Alyssa is definitely an asset to Primier.

I am in the process of looking for a new primary Dr.. I come across this medical group. I called the office and the receptionist was extremely rude to me. So rude that i will look elsewhere now. If this is how she treats new patients to be, then I can imagine how the current patients are treated. I so wish i got her name. She should not be a receptionist of any office.

I see many Dr's in this group ... I moved here from CT and I'm just amazed how different and caring the Dr. are in this group ...my husband wants to move south part of the reason I say no is I finally have Dr. that care and not just process me ... I don't want to start over
