Premier Medical Group - Dermatology Division

My appointment was for 10:15am after my first appointment was rescheduled a few days before. They rescheduled and pushed it over a month out. It’s 10:50am and I’m still in the waiting room. A lot of reviews are similar to mine so if you value your time use another practice. Same exact thing happened to my husband a few weeks ago. Scheduling is obviously an issue here!

Horrible scheduling. I arrived and waited 45 minutes to see people get taken back within 1 minute of arriving. 4000 people shuffling papers and no one to help patients. Its clearly poorly scheduled as my appt is at 10 am and they are already backed up. Ridiculous.

After having two appointments rescheduled by the dermatologist, I arrived at the 3rd rescheduled appointment. After waiting for 40 min to see the doctor, I asked how much longer I would have to wait and was told it would be at least another half hour. I cancelled the appointment rihht there and left. If your time is valuable to you, DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM! FIND ANOTHER DERMAROLOGIST.
