They seem nice/ but def doc in a box feeling. Especially when you walk in. Seems like a mix of a medical spa/geriatric care. As an adult just looking for somewhere to establish primary care, this was not a good fit. The staff I spoke to were all very nice, so was the person who did my apt. But definitely left knowing if I had any medical concerns, this was not the place for me… I had also done bloodwork within 6 months of my establishing apt, and scans etc, but she wanted me to get new stuff done. I left and found an established, professional doctor’s office! For sure was worth it for me holding off on this one! Such a strange experience. I find it very difficult to believe the positive reviews of "Dr. Monica" and her staff. Both myself and my husband have been her patients since the beginning of 2023 (because we could not find a local doctor taking new patients). She has never physically touched either of us in any of your appts with her and she typically spends a maximum of 5 minutes in the exam room with us. The office staff (I understand they have all recently been replaced) were nothing short of rude and unhelpful. The phone is never answered and messages are never returned. Both my husband and I have always resorted to driving to her office to arrange and/or cancel appointments and/or request new med refills. I like Monica, I first found her for cosmetic procedures but now she is also my PCP.

Dr Monica and her staff were nothing short of fantastic. They listened to my concerns, fears and anxiety related to a previous medspa experience I was very unhappy with. They were nonjudgmental, understanding, kind, patient; and extremely competent. I am so happy with my results so far. It’s really nice to be heard! They renewed my hope for the aesthetic world & made me feel beautiful again :) Not to mention they had yummy treats and giveaways in the office for Christmas which is extremely generous! I am so impressed by all this office has to offer!!!! Honey, I’m home!!!!
