Premier Health Express Urgent Care-Lusby

I most definitely understand it’s “sick season” however this office is extremely slow even with an appointment! I sat in the waiting room an hour past my appointment, some more while in the room waiting and then even longer for my paperwork from the doctor. I was told I would be contacted the next day with my test results and no one ever contacted me. Luckily they have a patient portal and I used google to diagnose myself. Side note - I do respect that this place takes priority over veterans and active duty military however it needs to be managed better for patients with appointments.

The doctor was great fast and treated what I needed. There was a mistake they sent my prescription to the wrong place. I then called them multiple times over 30 mins no answers no call back. I had to walk back to them to get them to send it to the correct place. And even still once I walked back to the pharmacy they still had not sent it. I am someone who takes the public bus and due to them not answering the 7 phone calls and two voicemails I missed my bus home. The pharmacy even said they can never get them to answer the phone. They need to fix this problem.

Friendly, Fast, Efficient! Very impressed with this facility. We showed up 30 minutes before our appointment for my little boy and were seen and out the door 2 minutes before our appointment time! In fact if we had not chatted with the staff it probably would have need lads than 25 minutes total. Dr. Samual Nokia is a great doctor and genuinely cares about people. His staff says he takes special car of veterans and even takes VA health insurance in addition tonTricare. He speaks French and a couple of African languages too. He would be worth the drive from D.C.

While visiting family in the area I found myself in need of Urgent Care. Upon calling to check availability Racie at the front desk secured me an appointment within the hour. The staff was extremely friendly. Medical assistance Dominique and doctor Dr. Nokuri treated my issue with urgency and care. I was in and out in 30min. I definitely recommend this practice.

This was amazing service! I was in and out! The doctor was amazing and took the time to listen to me and was able to give me medicine in order to help treat my bronchitis! I will definitely be back when I’m sick next.
