since they decided to delte my review.... If I could give 0 stars to this place I would. Lets start with Karen Berry, Dr Makshida’s nurse. The lack of empathy, professionalism and work ethic she has is undeniable. Not only they took 2 months to send in a prescription but an additional month to send in a prior authorization. This error made my husband unable to get his medication on time and also since the insurance was changing policies, he was unable to get the coverage. They will not apologize or even face the error, they kept blaming the system, the lack of time, too many patients, cvs lies, etc, etc. Not only that but its clear they are replying to the appeals in the worst way possible, I believe this is with the intention of us not get the medication and not come back. I have been calling this office for weeks to get the doctor to renew my prescription. No one ever answers the phone no matter what button you push. 2 weeks ago, I finally got a girl on the line and asked for my prescription to be renewed since I’ve been without it for over a month and it’s supposed to auto renew. She said she would have the Dr. take care of it. That never happened. Today, I tried the office at 8:50am, no answer, then again at 2pm, no answer, then again at 5pm and the answering machine now says they are closed. I even hit 1 to talk to an on call Dr. and the machine says it does not recognize that as an option even through the recording says to press 1. They need to get their act together! I love Dr. Maksida but the office needs a new manager. I’ll try to call again tomorrow

I usually go to a different Premier Health location, but had a sick virtual appt with Dr Haggerty for the flu, I was extremely impressed. He was very helpful, didn’t rush, we came up with a plan. I called the office back later and the Dr himself got on the phone to talk through changes in prescriptions etc. I am very grateful for the Drs expertise and help!

Dr. Makhsida-Horrible bedside manner and was not informative about my condition. He was making a guessing game about my health and medications. He kept asking me what I thought we should do or what meds I wanted to take. Inam not the doctor sonhow do I know. When I asked when tonfollow up he would say well when do you want to follow up. Thankfully I found someone else.

I am not a review person at all, but the professionalism here is so amazing I had to make one. Dr. M is amazing. At my first visit he had reviewed my chart from previous doctors as well as bloodwork to be update and aware of what was going. He listened to me concerns and even helped me get undiagnosed with something I never had due to another doctor who was awful. The front desk staff is amazing as well. I called for a letter I needed to get medical clearance & they immediately took down the information I needed and said they could get it to me the same day in comparison to my last doctor which i called for a month straight before receiving such a letter. This practice is great 10/10 would recommend!
