These guys are absolutely fantastic. I have been needing glasses my whole life and have gone to many different eye doctors, this was one of the best experiences ever. Everyone is so kind, I got my glasses very quick( like, so fast) and they set me up with a pair of contacts that work so well it was like life changing. Between being nearsighted, farsighted and having astigmatism, I never see “perfect” but this is so close to almost that. On top of the amazing service, everyone in that office is so cool. The expense was the same as going to rapid city, and the service was very much better. 10 of 10 stars, I loved this experience!
Horrible!!!! Over TWO MONTHS! Waiting for my replacement frames!!! Excuse after excuse! And still not here!! The lady who answers the phones is very rude! Mean woman! UPDATE! It’s been now 14 days since the lady told me 10 days totally 3 months waiting. called today to be told there still not there! And they haven’t even ran it through my insurance yet? Weird right! Oh and idk how my bow breaking when I take my glasses off not a manufacturer defect! My insurance company said it is! This place is the place to go to if you like to be lied to lead on and hung out to dry!
On vacation from Idaho wife’s nose piece on her glasses broke. They were able to repair no cost. Very nice people. Thank you so much
We are from Wisconsin I lost one of the pads on my glasses they fixed it up with a new set for free the lady was very kind and also made some suggestions for places to go!
Rode into town for the Sturgis Rally and my teenager forgot her contacts! She’s a -4.00 so no going without for the week. Stopped by these nice folks and they totally helped us out. They contacted our eye doctor back home in Michigan, got the prescription sent over and gave us a sample pack at no charge to get us through the week. Unbelievable customer service, friendliness and going above and beyond. I wish I lived in Custer just so they could be our regular doctor. Thank you so much for saving our vacation! The Derbys
