I’m sharing this review on behalf of both my mother and myself, as we both wanted our experiences with Premier Family Dentistry to be heard. My mom’s review: From the moment you walk in you feel it, this place is different. The office is spotless, serene, and welcoming, and the registration process is smooth and efficient. Nicole at the front desk is warm, friendly, and handles everything with confidence and care. But the real star is Dr. Abboushi. He is, simply put, an exceptional dentist. He is gentle, attentive, and truly skilled. He takes his time, explains every step of your treatment, and makes sure you feel absolutely no pain. I wish I could give this office a 10!! My son was up all night with a bad cavity on a wisdom tooth, excruciating pain and no sleep. This office was a blessing and they took him today! He gave the doc a very hard time since he is adhd and very scared of dental work. This doctor was so patient and understanding with my son. A quick procedure took much longer due to how my son was acting. The whole staff was very understanding and stayed calm with the utmost professionalism. The procedure was finally done and I actually cried from happiness on how we were treated, respectfully and I was relieved, my son was too and felt horrible. The office assisted me greatly in my time of need regarding a dental emergency. Understanding my pain, I was given first available appointment. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Abboushi was a true professional addressing my problem quickly and providing resolution immediately. In addition, the office is clean and state of the art. Overall, considering the circumstances involved I could not be happier with my choice to see Premier Family Dentistry.

I had to get my wisdom teeth removed the same day because the pain was just too much. They took me in same day when I called and got an X-ray done and removal of my wisdom teeth. I just wish they worked with my insurance but the price wasn’t too bad. They called me 2 days later to make sure I’m ok. Great service and they really do care about you.

I had a great experience at this dental office. The manager I spoke with on the phone was very nice and clearly explained what to expect before my appointment. When I arrived, everything was straightforward and efficient. The staff was helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth. Overall, it was a good experience and I appreciate their support!
