Premier ER & Urgent Care - Waco

Being from out of town I wasn’t sure where to take my father for a breathing treatment. So I found this place. The staff were so caring and took him in right away. They were so thorough and were able to give him the care he needed. I was so impressed with the service.

Just phenomenal- 10 out of 10 experience. Could not more highly recommend Dr. Zecca and Premier ER. Knowledgeable and extremely competent and kind to my daughter. Went above and beyond in explaining care and giving care to our daughter. Very thankful! No question this if the first place I'd come again.

Showed up on thanksgiving morning at 4 am very worried about my symptoms. They were very kind. The ER was empty so the staff all came by. I felt listened to. As a female that is not always the case w medical issues. Good medical advice and life advice. Thank u ladies for helping a middle aged freaked out lady. Lol ❤️

Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. The doctor gave lots of helpful advice to manage my pain and Nurse Wendi was amazing! I wish I could remember the names of everyone who helped me, but I definitely recommend this facility for urgent care needs. Having the flu sucks, they made it suck slightly less 😁

Would never recommend. Went last night to be seen for flu like symptoms. The nurse staff there is amazing, its the doctor that was not. Dr. Leblonc I believe was his name. To start off, he came in the room and looked annoyed to begin with. He asked me why I thought I was dehydrated and I told him how I felt and I started crying because im unwell and he said I mean I can give u so fluids if u really want and I was like ur the doctor u tell me if I need it. He then left and came back and said nothing was wrong with me and that ER is for emergencies only like broken bones (I specifically got there at 8ish and urgent care isn't closed till 9 so I wasnt trying to go ER). He then said hes the only doctor working tonight (trying to make me feel bad I guess). Then the discharge nurse came in and t
