I see PA Sarah here and absolutely love her! I’ve been seeing her for a few years for both annual screenings and problem visits. She is very patient with all my questions and takes time to address all my concerns. Highly recommend!

We saw Sarah Cabrisses this morning for my daughter’s skin care needs, and I do not recommend her for kids or teenagers. She could barely spend 10 minutes and offered zero help or advice, except to tell my daughter to “keep doing what she’s doing.” Like whaat? When I politely pointed out she didn’t offer assistance or recommendations, she rudely gets up and ends the appointment. Just wow. Completely wasted my time and my daughter’s time today.

PA literally spent a total of 5 minutes with me for an entire body skin check (was rude and clearly in a rush). I'd estimate 3 minutes was spent doing the scan. I'm 43, told the PA I've never had a full body check done and have spent a significant amount of time in the sun. I'm fine with the fact that she was a rude; however, the lack of due diligence is unacceptable.

I have been attending Premier Dermatology in Purcellville for a little over a year; we see Ms. Sarah Cabrisses PA-C. My daughter and I are on our Isotretinoin journey and it requires monthly visits for our treatments. Throughout this journey, we have had multiple issues with pharmacies, labs, and insurance companies; every single time an issue has come up, Premier or Sarah Cabrisses have worked tirelessly to ensure we had our medication and treatments. Throughout the aggravation and set backs, they have always been kind and empathetic to us. I cannot tell you how reassuring it is to know your physician will not push you on to someone else, or say the issue is out of their hands, but deals with the problem head on and tries their best to solve it. I am so happy with my experiences at Premier Dermatology in the past year. I saw Sarah Cabrisses for some skin issues and she is THE BEST. She related to me by sharing her own similar experiences, explained my options clearly, and supported me as I made the decision to go on Accutane. Appointments were easy to make and the front desk was always helpful. Not to mention, Sarah was always extremely responsive to my questions and concerns when I reached out between appointments. I have now started taking my daughter to Sarah, because there's no one else I trust more with my (or her) skin!
