Everyone at the office was very helpful. Bonnie helped me set up my appointments and find someone for my oral surgery that would fit my budget. The Dr and dental assistant were very kind and gentle while taking my X-rays. They were very good at explaining everything that I needed done. Thank you so much!

My husband went for a new patient appointment. We didn’t receive a email to fill out paperwork ahead of time. So he got there 30 minutes early to fill out the paperwork. He sat there for 20 minutes for the receptionist acknowledged him in anyway. When she asked for the paperwork, my husband told her he didn’t receive anything, And that was the reason why he came 30 minutes early. She was extremely rude to my husband and said I emailed you the paperwork and you were supposed to bring it with you. He explained again that he didn’t receive anything. so my husband filled out the paperwork, was feeling really bad how he was treated, so he went up and told the receptionist that he wanted his paperwork back and was leaving. Love the revamping of this office! Dr. Chakkiwala is such a breath of fresh air! She explains everything with so much love, dedication, and detail! So glad we made the switch! Amazing team and love seeing the improvements with the office, staff, and facelift!

I had great care done here. I had some initial concerns about having issues getting through to the emergency line but after talking with me about this the issue was taken care of; I had a great experience and great careful care and am glad that they listened to me when I voiced my concern!
