Premier Dental-N. Riverside

I got a text asking for a Google review so here is my honest review. I paid $150 for an exam just for them to give me a treatment plan and when I said yes to one of the options (an extraction) they said they didnt have time to do it because they needed an hour to do so. I scheduled my appointment for 4:00 i left the office at around 5:45. The staff is nice enough but this was my 3rd visit here and I always leave feeling like little to nothing was accomplished.

I went in in October 2025 to try to get work done on my teeth. They submitted the paperwork wrong twice instead of trying to pay the doctor that was going to go to work on my teeth. They tried to get another doctor pay which caused me to go from October until February needing work on my teeth ended up in the hospital, not being able to turn my neck Face was swollen. I was swollen all because of the tooth that needed to be capped. Finally got in touch with someone for them to put the paperwork in correct in February. after calling for months, trying to speak with the manager, which she never called back Erica is her name finally in February they get the paperwork situated like I say I go to the dentist to get the cap and guess what? The tooth was damaged to even more because it took so long

The office I was taken into was not clean and the x-ray machine wasn't working properly - I decided to go somewhere else due to this and because their lab did not do what I needed. But the worst part is they keep sending me emails for someone name Connie, I emailed back stating I am not Connie (no reply back) so I called after getting another one of Connie's emails and the young lady acted like she didn't care. Then she said I'm not showing an email on your account, I informed her of course not because your office put my email on Connie's account, She still acted like its no big deal even after I informed her of HIPPA. I then asked for their main number and the lady that answered was even more rude and unconcerned. I informed her I would be writing a review and she hung up on me. DO NOT US

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ryan and the entire team at Premier Dental. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, and the staff are incredibly kind and professional.

Office is very clean and everyone is nice and very professional. The doctor is as well and they all seem genuine as well. The reason for the four stars was due to the wait. Other than that a really good dental office.
