Dr. Chen is excellent! She is very clear in explaining what's happening and very understanding with her patients - I have anxiety about dental procedures and she was very helpful and made me feel like that's normal and OK. :)
This is not a practice I would go to. One of your hygienists laughed at an immigrant child with hearing disabilities who was forced to leave the US without her hearing aids. A health care professional who thinks it’s funny to make fun of children with disabilities should NOT be working with children in any capacity. What kind of office are you that you would employ someone like this?
