I'm sure the other people who have left positive reviews have had great experiences with this place but I will be the first to say that I didn't. The lady at the front desk was very nice. After that I was kinda done with that place. I evaluated very quickly. They didn't really ask much about my history. One therapist wasn't really nice about my sensory issues and kinda gave me a funny look when I mentioned it to her. Then, I had another lady walk in and out of the room I was put in and would come in every five mins. I've been to physical therapy before and the assigned therapist would stay with me the entire session. And if they had to walk away they'd say so. That's not what happened here. I thought the whole point of physical therapy was to have someone help you with movements and give y

I had a long night of dancing and my knee wasn’t right the next day. My Doctor referred my to therapy and 3 days of therapy my knee started feeling much better. Teresa is very kind when I had to reschedule my appointment due to me being sick. The staff is very helpful and kind. My husband was also was referred to get therapy when he injured his leg. He also had a very nice experience with staff. I would recommend this place if you are in need of therapy. It is a clean place and they practice safety for patients during this Covid time. They make you feel comfortable when you need to get treatment.

When I broke my tailbone, Premier helped me get back in the saddle. They are super proffessional and kind. Please remember, always go with Premier when suffering a catostrophic injury. ITSTHE ONLY WAY TO GO!
