Premier Community Healthcare Pediatric Dental

I definitely not coming back! That new policy about letting the kids by themself going back is not with me. If you are a parent who likes to go in the back or if you have a kid who cries with a dentist DO NOT take them In Here! I have to cancel my app because my girl was crying. They have me outside with her while my 3yrs old son was by himself in the back been his first language Spanish. Also the way the receptionist didn’t care a bit about my situation or give me options just bad faces.

My daughter had a very bad experience with her previous dentist so she is absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. Today we seen Dr Dana and her assistant Mari and they were beyond amazing, they were so gentle and so patient with her as she was hyperventilating from fear. Dr Dana was not just a dentist but more like a mother and helped calm my daughter down and she was able to have the work done. Her assistant was making us laugh and calming her down as well. When I asked my daughter how she felt about her experience she said they were so good and came home to tell her cousin who is also afraid of dentist how great they were. Thank you so much Dr Dana and Mari!

Absolutely horrible service. Called the new Pediatric office. Placed on hold. Had to do a callback as the call center is still routing calls even with new facilities in place. Someone called and verified my child’s info, address and callback. My kid is sick and needs to be seen. The front desk puts me on hold for about it a minute and a half and then drops the call. My question is if the front desk drops the call after verification, why not call the parent back? This office has an always will be the worst care and customer service. Never puts the patient first. I’ve been on the search for a better pediatrician. This office isn’t it and the way people answer the phones is so unprofessional. Unfortunately it’s convenient and close but that’s it. Dr. Signorelli and LizBeth were wonderful. Everybody in the office is super helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and updated with TVs on the ceilings for the kids. Would definitely recommend!

That place is an absolute waste of time every time I go to premiere they always give me the run around and after today my daughter will never go there again.
