Excellent service! In my 25 years living in this country, I have never found a medical practice so genuinely focused on the patient. My first appointment was with Dr. Parikh, and even before seeing him, I was carefully evaluated by a technician and then a nurse practitioner. They didn’t just ask about the reason for my visit, but took the time to understand my full medical history, daily life, and stress levels. For the first time, I felt truly seen as a person—not as a number or a dollar sign. Dr. Parikh was attentive, patient, and thorough. He answered all my questions and made me feel that he genuinely cares about his patients. My husband accompanied me throughout the visit and was so impressed that he scheduled an appointment for himself as well. We need more doctors like Dr. Parikh

I started seeing Dr Parikh in 2020 and after rare cancer in 2021, two surgeries and chemo, we had what I like to call a ‘come to Jesus’ meeting and since the pacemaker at the end of 22’, he has been my favorite Dr. I have chronic pain, and my pain management dr happens to be related. Over the Thanksgiving holiday, they spoke about me. Yes, the two Drs, two of my specialists discused me over some craziness at pain management that I had shared with Parikh at my last appointment weeks earlier. To the point my Orlando health pain management Dr Patel called me the Friday after the holiday after clinic hours. I can't tell you how much this scenario means to me. It tells me I’m at the right places for quality and caring healthcare. Maybe having related specialists ain’t such a bad thing either.

As a physician I must say this is one of the worst run offices I have experienced in my life. I scheduled with Dr P and was dumped to Dr Kelly. Dr Kelly told me to my face “I WAS STUPID”. After indicating I specifically asked to schedule with Dr P I was told next visit. At my next visit Dr Kelly was still my physician. NO DR P. On my second visit Dr Kelly told me that LDL could never be too low. Many studies refute this statement. I was then trusting enough to go back for a simple echo test. After waiting 30 minutes for this test I left. This 5 minute test is not performed by a physician, but a technician. With such poor practice management it is no wonder that they have no clue about patient schedules. I would avoid this practice if you don’t want to be dumped to Dr Kelly and waste time

These people are terrible! They won't respond to your messages or your phone calls. They have some of the worst communication skills that I've seen whether you are talking with their office manager, the doctor or their staff. They say they will do something and never do it. They talk on the phone while they treat you and stick needles in your arm. They are sooooooo unresponsive! I've requested my medical bills 3 different times now and they don't even have the courtesy to respond to my in-portal messages requesting same! My last office visit was in early April and as of this day, July 12, 2025, they have still not sent me a bill despite my repeated requests. My insurance carrier shows that the claims have been processed a while ago.

The doctors are great, BUT the office staff is the worst. You would think they were a little more competent because they are working for a Cardiology office handling patients medical information/appointments. But NO…. I had a series of appointments made in June. I misplaced my paperwork that was given to me from them stating my appointment times… So I called them this morning inquiring about my appointment for a stress test, and the young lady stated that there was no appointment. After going back-and-forth and me getting upset, I found the paperwork that was originally given to me by THEIR staff and confirm with them that I did have an appointment On the specific day and time. I was put on hold and told to speak with a supervisor which whom never came to the phone to speak with me per
