A third round in which they messed up a whole new layer. They wasted my time and ignored my concerns even after my insurance tried to work with me to help them. It wasn't hard. So now I still have no idea what's going on but it's been months and I'm done letting them waste my time. Not to mention, I still never got any of the referals. Go somewhere else, your health is worth it. ‐---‐-------- Edit: after two rounds of issues with insurance submissions and lack of communication from the office manager during a tight timeline that the doctor and insurance was working with me on, I am extremely disappointed. I love the doctor and she was trying so hard to help me. The paperwork submitted was wrong and with my insurance advocate we could have fixed it in time to get approval for the proced

They are rude!!! The first time my mother walked out with blood running down her leg and had to go back they were rude about rebranding her leg, now then they made me leave on the second time because I took pictures solely of my mother being prepped these people are not good!!

The office was calmer during my last visit. There wasn’t several staff members standing around in the small open area and I didn’t feel the tension and confusion I normally feel when in this office. I also didn’t have to share my updates with 3 different people which I appreciated. Dr. Banerjee was timely, open and receptive and I felt that she was willing to listen to me and my daughter. She also took the time to explain my test results in terms I could understand. Overall the whole office experience was so much better then previous visits.

Very unprofessional customer service someone by name of ashley, every other day they change appointment without patient consent and very rude customer service, Not recommended STAY AWAY

Doctor Banerjee and her staff are AWESOME!!! She made me feel like she cared and that I could trust her judgement during a time I believed my life was over and done. Under her care I am feeling great!!! Thank you for all you do!!! TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!
