Preferred Urgent Care Katy

Today I had the pleasure of meeting John, Dani and Rasberry. Yes just like the fruit. What an amazing experience and a very professional staff they have there at Preferred Urgent Care on the corner of Highland Knolls Dr and Grand Parkway in the Kroger shopping Center. If anyone has any medical needs, Preferred Urgent Care is the place I highly recommend.

Preferred Urgent Care is an excellent clinic. They accept all insurance plans, which makes the process very convenient. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, easy to find, and very accessible. The doctors and medical team are highly professional, making you feel confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend Preferred Urgent Care for anyone in need of reliable and professional medical attention.

Preferred Urgent Care in Katy is always my first choice for my urgent medical needs. The facility is always clean and bright. You know you’re in good hands from the moment you walk in the door. The staff and physicians are always polite, calm, helpful, and very professional. Nurse Practitioner Dani Glasper has taken care of me the past couple of visits and she was absolutely amazing. She explains everything thoroughly and her bedside manner reflects that she truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend Preferred Urgent Care.

This practice overall is pretty good. I just don’t understand the point of having to pay $5 for a some kind of electronic fee. It sounds like just a way to push fees off to patients and I think that’s crap. Plus, my blood pressure was just “taken”. It read “error” but the front desk girl just took it off and said the provider would be with me. Try to be more diligent.

I brought in my Grandmother this weekend to get seen, and I cannot express my gratitude with Yazmin and Vanessa who were very comforting and welcoming towards her it’s rare to see that now days. The NP Agustin offered the best care took care of my grandma with gentle care and today she is much better. The entire team was awesome and I couldn’t had asked for better care. I will be back!
