Preferred Urgent Care - Fulshear

The front office staff member, Raspberry, was absolutely wonderful, very kind from the moment I waked in at 8am. The provider, Kim, was very thorough and took the time to listen to my health complaints and even listened to a recording I took of my breathing to help her properly diagnose me. Highly recommend this facility.

I visited this urgent care today as a walk-in and had a very positive experience. The staff was efficient, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. P.A Kim, Ms.Raspberry, and Caitlynn where all exceptionally polite, attentive, and made the visit smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate the excellent care and customer service. Highly recommended.

I visited the clinic today for throat and ear pain, and as always, everyone was very friendly. I was helped by Rasberry and Danny, and they were both extremely helpful and kind. I really appreciate the great care and will definitely be back.

Not a good place to bring your 2 year old here. PA Kim seemed inexperienced. She checked our daughter's ears but failed to see she had ear infection and the next morning, she was complaining of ear pain. We even told her it looks like she has infection and maybe needs antibiotics but she told us to only give Benadryl that didn't do anything. Now we have to spend more money and take her to another urgent care since this PA didn't know how to do her job correctly. Please go back to school for more training!!!! Update from another urgent care we took her to, they said she has strep so gave antibiotics. PA Kim had checked for strep but clearly they didn't do it right since with them it was negative but when we took her to the new urgent care next day, they confirmed strep. Very bad service her

I used to use this place frequently and always had pretty good care until now. I went yesterday and had the worst experience. I believe his name is Ramiro. He wouldn't listen to me, asked irrelevant questions, and was probably the rudest provider I have ever had. They were out of strep tests and he said "well if you wanna go to the Katy location, then go" and just WALKED out of the room and left me there. I had to ask the front desk if I was done because I was so unsure of what even just happened. Front desk was nice enough to call the other location and make sure they'd take me immediately. Front desk staff was nice as always, but because of this Ramiro guy I will never go back.
