Preferred Pediatrics

I absolutely love Preferred Pediatrics! I’ve been bringing all of my children here since birth, and they’ve always put my mind at ease. The staff truly listens, respects our family’s approach to healthcare, and focuses on basic preventative care. Their doctors and nurses are compassionate, knowledgeable, and committed to helping—not overwhelming—with fear. I’m so grateful for the genuine care they provide to my family.

Fantastic practice. Yes the wait time is long, be prepared and bring things to do while you wait! During sick season I did wait 2 hrs once. It’s worth it to have your kids at one of the only places that doesn’t force vaccines, doesn’t force you to bring the kids in when they aren’t even sick, and actually respects parents. The wait list to get into this practice is over a year long for a reason. BRING THINGS TO DO! We just bring our homeschool work and the time passes quickly.

Wonderful office with very kind staff. Went in with my first child for his newborn visit with Dr. Casbarro, and everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable, even as a first time mom struggling with changing his clothes for the exam or trying to answer their questions while sleep deprived! Highly recommend, everyone was very sweet and comforting.

⭐ 1 STAR – BILLING ISSUE DRAGGING ON FOR 12 MONTHS We love Dr. Casey and the medical care at Preferred Pediatrics. The clinical side of this practice has been great. However, the billing experience has been incredibly frustrating and has now dragged on for nearly 12 months over an incorrect $15 “past due” balance. We have paid all bills in full and on time. Specifically: • 1/15/2025 – $20 (card ending 432000) • 1/15/2025 – $8 (card ending 432000) • 3/03/2025 – $28 (card ending 432000) • 3/03/2025 – $20 (card ending 432000) • 3/21/2025 – $20 (card ending 432000) • 09/12/2025 – $15 (card ending 8264) Despite this, we continue to receive $15 “past due” notices. Over the past year, we have: • Paid in person and had payments verified by staff • Mailed proof of payment with a written lett

Dr Casey is phenomenal. Always so compassionate, patient and knowledgeable. She’s always been super present, kind and helpful to my kiddos. Balanced approach of holistic and convention medicine. I live in Newtown but don’t mind the 45 min drive to see her. Very grateful
